Are You a Qualified Applicant?

The Lake Maggiore Workforce Housing Density Program offers a number of apartment homes where applicants may qualify if their household income falls under the 80% and 120% AMI (Area Median Income) range. See exhibit on the side for suggested income limits based on household size:

What Do I Need to Pre-Qualify?

To begin the application and to get on the Lake Maggiore waitlist, we ask that you present the following documents:

  • Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older
  • 6 months of checking account statements, 1 month of savings account, 4 most recent consecutive pay statements
  • Additional documents may be required depending on each person's individual income and assets
